class each week. On this site you will find information
about our classes, the daily menus, the integration

Welcome back! It
is the beginning of another exciting year. We already
have many parties on the books. As soon as we get
everyone up to speed on sanitation, we will be in
the kitchen cooking.
Parents and students:
Here is a first
semseter checklist:
Be sure to read
your student handbook and return the welcome letter
signed. There is a calendar at the bottom of this
page for events during first semester. Remember
that participation in functions is worth 10% of
your grade.
The beginning of
the year can be very challenging as students ry
to pass our sanitation exam. I have posted some
links that can really help increase your understanding
of the issues we cover in this class. Students who
pass my class exam with an 85 or better have the
opportunity to take the Servesafe
exam. Because we are a prostart
school, we are able to offer this exam for free.
This is a great opportunity you should participate
in.
As soon as our restaurant
is open. Please feel free to come in and have lunch.
We love to have dine-in customers, it gives our
students the opportunity to practice their food
server skills.
