Teacher Email
We always encourage parents and students to first communicate directly with teachers when they have a concern. This can head off many problems. Email is an excellent option for reaching teachers. All teachers have email that they check daily. A teacher's email address is their last name and first initial followed by @palatkahighschool.org.

The University of West Florida has partnered with Virtual Education Software to offer continuing education unit and graduate credit courses for K-12 educators on CD-ROM. Information on these courses is posted in the mail room.

Automotive Help for Faculty and Staff
The Automotive Tech classes are in need of projects. If you have a vehicle that could use an oil change, tire rotation, general inspection, or air filter, please consider their program.
You will need to provide the materials and notify Mr. Virnstein in advance. Donations are as follows: oil change - $10, Tire Rotation - $15, air filter replaced - $5, General Inspection - $5, Tire Balance $15 and Tune-up (includes change plugs, air filter, fuel filter, adjust tire pressure) - $45.
