May 16 Decorating for Prom 2:30 p.m. till ?

We, the Junior Class, want to invite all of you to come and enjoy our "Caught in the Moment" Prom 2008. We hope that you will not only come to the Prom, but that you will help us as we try to create the setting. All Juniors and Seniors are asked to help decorate the commons on May 16th.

Table Reservations
Table Reservations will be sold on a first come first serve basis on stage during lunches on March 31 - April 4. These will be sold for $10 a couple. Tables will have memory books, candles, flowers and favors on them. The only way to ensure a seat at prom is by purchasing a table. Remember there are limited number of tables.

Pictures
Pictures will be taken by Stan Wilkinson. There will be two identical backdrops in the Panther Den. The setting will be in line with the prom theme. The price list will be with your invitation.Money
We will be doing one or two more fundraisers before prom. We hope that all juniors and seniors will help raise money for the prom to be beautiful by participating in these fundraisers. All debts must be cleared in order to receive your prom ticket. Tickets
Prom tickets will be sold twice before prom. The first sale "Early Bird" will be Jan 21 - Feb. 1 for a $5.00 savings. The second sale will be March 1 - 14. This time tickets will be regular price ($30 single, $60 couple, $15 senior). You will have to buy a single ticket for your date if they are not a senior. Senior Tickets must be signed for by the senior to whom the ticket is given. Only the senior who signed the ticket can gain entrance to the prom on that ticket, therefore, all signed tickets carriers need to have a photo ID on them. Do not buy a ticket that has a signature on it. There will be a late charge added to tickets purchased after March 14th (Seniors $25, Single $40, Couple $80). Late tickets can be purchased through Friday, May 16 as long as tickets are still available.Is is very important to understand that tickets will not be sold at the door and much like a concert or ball game, you must show your ticket at the door to enter. No sponsor will come to the door to verify you have a ticket. No person, student or adult will be allowed past the security without a ticket. When entering the school your ticket will be hole punched, no one will be admitted re-entry with a t ticket which has a hole punched in it.

No middle school students are allowed to attend
If your date does not attend a Putnam County High School, be sure to take their identification to the front office to be cleared to attend prom prior to May 17.
