After school in the Gym
Bring preparticipation Form filled out and ready for the physician
(physicals are good for 1 year)

Fitness Testing (must test to make the team)
August 19, 2008, 9 am at the Gym
Mile run (without stopping/10:00)
Pull ups - 10
Sit ups - 50

Fall Practice
Starts August 19, 2008 3-5 pm
T-shirts for new freshman
